Especial works with Food Service Operators supplying light catering equipment solutions.
Especial wanted an ongoing support contract that would monitor their PC’s to avoid any unforeseen IT repair bills and pre-empt any issues before they arose. They needed an IT company that could grow with them and that would be flexible to their needs.
We initially started supporting Especial with 9 workstations and a server and to date the company has grown to 23 PC users.
As Sam wanted an IT company that would advise her based on her interests and not their own,we’ve taken time to build up a good working relationship with Especial and offer unbiased advice at all times.
We liaise with any software suppliers on her behalf so that Sam can carry on running herbusiness without interruption.
Especial also have a number of sales people out on the road who can now access the server remotely to enable them to work effectively even when they’re not in the office.
