What do they do?
Vantage Point owns a wide range of property-to-let across several different locations.
What was the problem?
Vantage Point’s previous IT support hadn’t been effective and they simply couldn’t get the kind of support that they wanted.  They needed a company to look after a 70 acre site and a business centre with 150 tenants.  This included 15 direct PC’s and 3 servers within the business.
They also needed a company that would monitor the network activity for the whole site so that should tenants have IT issues, they could get a quick resolution. Up until they enlisted Better Support, they hadn’t found a company who could deliver or that they could trust to do this.
What did we do?
By working closely with Tracey, we were able to offer a fixed fee support service, backed by ISO 9001 procedures making sure there was an immediate response to any issues.  We also look after everything to do with technology from the day-to-day issues through to director level IT advice.
We are currently arranging a project to allow Vantage Point to manage their internet usage more cost effectively by using our industry knowledge to negotiate better contract terms with Internet Service Providers.


Our aim is to make Vantage Point’s service stable and of a higher quality.
