What do they do?

Rowberry Morris Solicitors is an established firm of lawyers in the heart of Gloucester providing

services to both the business sector and individuals.

What was the problem?

Rowberry Morris had a number of problems with their IT. One major problem was that they had a

server that would crash frequently which was causing disruption and costing them time and

money. On top of this their computer systems weren’t as efficient as they could be.

What did we do?

Initially, we fixed the problems that they were experiencing with the server so that they had a

reliable system and we also tackled any inherent problems with the network.

On a continuing basis we support 40 PC’s and 2 servers for them. By using remote access, we can

monitor the systems and can fix any problems they have quickly and with minimal disruption to

their working day.

We work with Rowberry Morris to make the best use of the technology they’ve already invested in.

To this end we are working on a couple of projects that will improve the efficiency of their systems.

By using plain English and offering “jargon free” support it means that Rowberry Morris can get on

with looking after their clients, rather than worrying about IT.
